In the event that a cruise is canceled due to bad weather, all reservations are automatically transferred to the following days and cruises of the corresponding price.
Alternatively, customers are entitled to an 80% refund, provided they show proof of their departure from the island (ship or plane ticket).Kalypso reserves the right, in the event that the winds reach above 6 Beaufort. before the cruise, to change the port of embarkation or disembarkation from the New Port in the Agios Ioannis area, with free transfer of passengers from the “old” location to the “new”. This change will apply in case the northerly winds reach above 6 Beaufort.
For winds above 6-7 Beaufort and above, there is the option to sail to the South Beaches of Mykonos, where passengers will board the boat
